Coach Bo is entering his fifth season as the strength & conditioning coach for SWOCC Swimming. For the past decade, Bo has worked with swimmers of all levels, from beginners to USA Swimming World Team members. Bo has completed a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and a master's degree in exercise science and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA. The swimming strength & conditioning program is set up with three main goals. The first goal is to help swimmers reduce the amount of injuries they experience to allow for more consistent training. Second, is the goal to help swimmers become better overall athletes, mastering movement in and out of the water. The third and final goal is to help SWOCC swimmers achieve new personal bests in the water and develop a base of training knowledge to carry on even after their time at SWOCC comes to a close.
