Why are you running at Southwestern: To take the opportunity that few get, and compete at a collegiate level in a sport which I have invested years of my life.

Coach Steve says: “Justus applies the focus and consistency of a champion. His breakout performance at George Oja (Runner of the Week) and his 4
th place finish at NWAC (first freshman), which earned him All-American honors, are a testament to the winning mentality he embodies. I’m looking forward to seeing what he will bring to our track program in the 800 and 4x4. He also has a bit of a fearless character, earning him the nickname, “The Reaper” among his teammates.
