Why I run Cross Country: “I have always loved to run, and I didn’t really know about cross country until my freshman year of high school. It was recommended to me by my counselor, and I have done it ever since. My Coach heavily influenced me to participate in college athletics, and I am so grateful for the opportunity. So far, I am loving my new team and the environment at Southwestern, and I can’t wait to see our results for this season!” 
Pets: I have a pet mouse named Egg! He, is chubby and spoiled with treats! I also have a few cats and two dogs at home.
HS Performance Marks: XC 5k 19:41 (2nd Place NIAA Northern 3A Region Championship) 400 1:00.58 800 2:23 1500 5:08 1600 5:23 Taylor was the NIAA 3A State Champion in the 800 and 1600 her HS senior year.
