Why you run Cross Country: “Cross Country has always been a part of my life since a young age. I was drawn to it because running is my way of connecting with my culture, family, and identity. I run to help make my mind, heart, and body strong all while meeting new people and going to new places. Cross Country is my safe place.”
Favorite Cross Country memory: “Competing at the Arizona State Cross Country Championship with my high school team. Being able to represent them will forever be my favorite memory.”
HS Performance Marks: XC 5k 23:10 This is Lyndsay’s first season with SWOCC XC. She is a part of the SWOCC Women’s Wrestling team.
