Why do I run XC: “I love challenging myself and growing as a person. Running has become more than just a sport for me it’s a source of inspiration and a reminder of what is possible when I push my limits. It gives me the opportunity to meet new people, build friendships, and share experiences that make the journey even more meaningful.” 
Favorite memory of XC: “My favorite cross-country memory was in high school when I finally broke my school record. Everyone went crazy celebrating, and in that moment, I realized how far I had come. I have never regretted the hard work it took to get there, because it shaped who I am today.” 
Collegiate Performance Marks: XC 8k 27:25 5000 15:48 10000 33:30. Finished 4^th in the 10,000m at the NWAC Championship his freshman year.
