Riley Grandinetti

In 2015 Coach Riley Grandinetti made his return to Southwestern Oregon Community College as an assistant coach.  Coach Grandinetti serves as recruiting coordinator along with helping with the organization of daily practice, player development, scouting, and game planning.  Coach Grandinetti played for the Lakers from 2011-13.  He was the starting point guard on back to back NWAC Championship tournament teams.  As a sophomore Coach Grandinetti was voted first team all-southern region and was also voted to play in the NWAC sophomore all-star game.  Coach Grandinetti also received the Bill Holmes award for male student-athlete of the year at Southwestern Oregon Community College in 2013. After his playing career at Southwestern Oregon Community College he transferred to play at Pacific University in Forest Grove, OR. Coach Grandinetti was a two-year starter for the Boxers.

Coach Grandinetti earned his A.A. Degree from Southwestern Oregon Community College and his B.A. in Business from Pacific University.  He is currently working on his M.A. in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University, CA.

Coach Grandinetti is single and lives in Coos Bay.
